Feedback of Treatment Data

Feedback on treatment data

To promote direct patient-related cooperation and to improve the oncological treatment, we provide the opportunity of requesting the transmission of medical data stored in the cancer registry for the patients on whom you are reporting.

There are two different ways for data feedback:

1. Permanent access to medical data via the reporting portal

For all reports transmitted via the reporting portal to us, access to medical data in the tumor history is possible via the reporting portal.

To activate this function, you need to fill out the application for data provision in the reporting portal and send it to us.

The application must be renewed after three years at the latest or in case of a change in the management of the reporting institution.

2. Occasion-related transmission of data

It is not possible to display information on patients who were reported to us via paper documents before 2018. For technical reasons, information on the vital status can also currently not be displayed in the reporting portal. The information about these patient data must therefore be supplied on an ad hoc basis. In this case, please contact us to discuss the further procedure.

Please note:

The tumor history and the options for treatment data feedback can under no circumstances replace your own medical records. Therefore, this information should not serve as a basis for therapy decisions or such.

The data transmitted to you by the cancer registry may under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.
